Daddy Daughter Shooting!

Round two!
It's officially become a tradition.
The dads
the daughters
and lots of guns.
equal hours of fun!

We've known each other for over 20 years!

The three of us attempted to take shots at clay pigeons but Lauren always beat us to them.
Afterwards we got cleaned up and joined the rest of our families for a goodbye dinner for Lainey who is now serving a mission in Australia!

We ate a delicious Hawaiian feast complete with coconut cake (drool)
and shared stories and laughs and good times.
And it never gets old.

The happiest place on earth!

Lauren Nicole and I decided we needed a trip to Disneyland
So we went! It felt so good to be reunited!

We ate well.
And met lots of characters!

I think I met my prince there! He was soo sweet and helpful!
There was so much to see and do
like shop!
and ride the matterhorn
Watch the night show!
Enjoy the night life
Drive!

Take lots of pictures!

We took about 100 of these while waiting in line for the princesses
We loved this one!
Crazy painting.

The best firework show I've ever seen.
We never got lost thanks to Lauren.

Everyday wore me out.
I can't wait to go back though!

Here turkey turkey turkey

For the second year in a row I got Lauren out of bed before sunrise!
She secretly loves going hunting but won't admit it.
I thought I was in this picture...
Sadly the turkeys weren't out but we did get a nice shot at this one!

My cakes bigger than your cake.

It really was a blessing in disguise that I came home early because otherwise I would have missed Bella's 2nd birthday!
Emily, Lauren, Ken and I all worked together to make it special.
We turned this ^ into that!
The best Yo Gabba Gabba cake you ever did see!
We slaved for hours baking and mixing
and frosting
and more frosting
All for this dear girl!
I wish my birthdays were this awesome!
