Say hello to my new best friend. This is Cessna seven six one uniform alpha, a 152 aerobat that I just recently got checked out in here at the airport in Yakima.
There he is! or she? All the guys refer to their airplanes as girls, same with ships and usually cars so sense I'm girl does that automatically make it a boy?
Anyways after it was all fueled up and ready to go we began our preflight. While we were doing that Horizon landed!

What a sexy beast. This is when my friends start to look at me funny. But thank goodness for Ross who is right there with me.
Can't wait to fly something like that. But for now I'll stick to my little two seater 152.
It was pretty awesome flying with Ross. He's my first official passenger and also another pilot. He's working on his Instrument rating back at Central where we both got our privates at. We were planning on flying to Ellensburg, which is where Central is, but the weather was starting to look a little questionable to we decided to stick in the wonderful Yakima Valley.
Aww how pretty. I really love Eastern Washington. Especially if I had an engine failure. So many fields to choose from! Ross was not only my passenger but my personal photographer.
No that's not a look of terror but of pure concentration I swear.
Another good thing about flying with Ross was I can just hand him over the flight controls and take some of my own pictures!
Here he is wishing he was back in his Warrior that goes a little faster than 90 knots
Way to maintain altitude Ross!
We came in and did three landings and I even got 'Wow those were good I'm impressed.'
Thanks Ross I've been practicing.
All in all it was a pretty awesome flight.
